Your Strongest Years Are Still Ahead.

I don’t believe midlife is the point where women should start expecting less from their bodies.

I bring together naturopathic medicine, metabolic health and strength training to help you understand what is changing, build strength deliberately and create the health capacity to keep saying yes to the life ahead.

Health is not about chasing youth. It is about building capacity.
The changing body

Your body is changing. Your expectations don’t have to.

You may be doing many of the things that used to work: eating well, staying active, managing a demanding career and a full life. But something feels different.

Energy is harder to maintain.
Sleep is less restorative.
Body composition shifts despite your efforts.
Recovery takes longer.
Strength becomes harder to preserve.

I think women deserve a better answer than “that’s just part of getting older.” Not a promise to turn back the clock. A better strategy for moving forward.

A different definition of health

Healthspan isn’t just how long you live. It’s what you’re capable of while you’re living it.

I want you to have enough strength, energy and resilience for the work, people, travel and experiences that matter to you.

How I think about health

Medicine meets strength. Real life brings it together.

01

Metabolic Health

Energy, glucose regulation, cardiovascular risk, body composition and the systems that influence how you feel and perform.

02

Hormonal Health

I look at hormonal change in context through perimenopause, menopause and the years beyond.

03

Strength

I treat muscle and physical capacity as part of healthcare, not as a cosmetic extra.

04

Lifestyle

Sleep, nutrition, recovery, stress and routines need to work inside the life you actually have.

A trusted voice for stronger years

Expertise with a point of view.

I bring clinical training, strength and conditioning expertise, and years of experience working with women into one practical philosophy: aging well is not about doing less. It is about building the capacity to keep doing what matters.

Clinical care, in context

I look at the whole picture.

Symptoms matter. So does the body you want to live in five, ten or twenty years from now.

I use clinical assessment to understand what may be contributing to how you feel, then connect those findings to practical decisions around nutrition, recovery, movement and strength.
